1- Develop the 'Park'

 

Residents wanted greenspace on this site.. How is greenspace manifested into and around the football pitches, and onto the roof? Also there is opportunity at ground level, as that floor is relatively bare despite being the main point of access. 

 

2- Develop the roofscape

 

This ties in with the 'park'. If the roof is to become a high rise park, how do you get people up there? and how do you get them down? How are routes through the roof top park developed? 

 

3- Develop the roof and building structure around the 'street football'

 

To this point I have only considered the structure in two dimensions. How will you play football through and around the structure once it is thought of as a three dimensional object with the function of holding the building up? 

 

4- Develop the facade

 

I have considered how the facade will react to various sides of the site, and its degrees of enclousre. However I haven't formalised this into definate walls, windows etc.

 

5- Connect the building together

 

The building currenetly feels a little disjointed. The various programmes and spaces need to be connected together vertically and horizontally.
